Situation: A local Non-Profit health center with 10 clinics in the New Orleans Metropolitan area services lower income individuals and families. They have to compete with larger healthcare systems and underwent a rebrand in 2019. Their goal was to be seen as an established pillar of the community.

The message: To compliment their original messaging “Compassionate, Personalized Care”, we worked with local on-air talent that connected with their target audience

Tactics: With a combination of TV and digital advertising, we effectively reach the target audience for this client.     

Achievements: Before we began working with this client, they were only running TV ads and had no sense of the ROI they were receiving. Now the client knows the # of leads they receive each month and are able to be more strategic with their advertising.
