Situation: A local home improvement company specializing in residential window and siding installation. They lacked an online presence while their competitors frequently ran digital advertising campaigns on search engines, social media channels and display networks.

The message: We changed the approach to highlight fully-customized projects to meet their customer’s needs.  The current main message is “Home of the window doctors!”

Tactics: We use Social, Digital and Outdoor to compliment their TV advertising and build awareness when home owners are ready to research home improvement projects.         

Achievements: Despite the unprecedented lockdown of COVID-19, This client had a stronger year in 2020 than 2019 due to having better visibility online.
